  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      We want to make the pricing the least complicated as possible. We wrap window with aluminum for $200.00 per window maintenance free. Power washing we charge $65 per hour Painting we charge $75. per hour Roofing,Windows, Gutters are by the estimate usually per square ft. All other residental work is 75.00. Comercial work we start at 200. first hour, everyhour after this $75 per Hour
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      A new customer usually gets time with me to interview me and it's a chance for me to interview the client as well. My review speak volume that's typically why we get hired immediately. I usually will create an estimate for review and is accepted by the customer, we do all of our billing online and payments via credit card/checks.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
      Years and years of experience has lead to being able to do a custom R&R on deck.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      I have been a self made driven person with a mission, an orphan from the age 1, adopted to the United States, I have been very fortunate in life, so I have always have had a survival skill to land on my feet, I have been working since the age of 10 years old. I have had many experiences good and bad. I was looking for something to do in life that would fulfill my mission in life,what's the mission, to help as many people as possible.

      The type of customers we have helped is endless from commercial to residential customers.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
      We are proud of a deck that was rotten on 4 seams and the customer was super happy.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
      Remember it always takes longer than one thinks, and to have an open mind about actual repair cost. You can always find someone to do it cheaper, but we ended up fixing people mistakes because someone along the way went cheaper. It always takes longer to fix someone else's problem adding double the amount of work.
