Introduction

I am personally not into high pressure sales. I want customers to feel confident that they have hired our team. We follow the IICRC drying standards for water damage, fire damage, biohazard and mold remediation. Our company only offers testing through a third party as we consider doing the testing, and the work is a conflict of interest. Our service technicians use Xactimate which mirrors the insurance industry estimating software making this a faster transaction for our clients. It's important for our clients to remember we work for them not the insurance carrier. We document our workflow, utilizing technology and collaborate with our customers It is our desire to earn your trust, and receive a five star review at the end of the project

We get a lot of mold calls. You need to first stop the source of your problem for a lot of homeowners it's doing the landscaping. Then having the remediation done. Ask lots of questions. Ask if they are using green products some chemicals are not safe for children or animals.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Are they certified to do the work? There are a lot of well meaning contractors saying they can do water damage repair or mold remediation Our crews go to a flood school that the instructors put a house in the house turn it on and our crews have the trainjng to dry the house. This provides a safe environment to work with different flooring ceiling and situations so we are prepared and have been tested before arriving in someone's home.
