      To really give a fair and honest price really need to see the job and talk to the customer.

      Contact customer setup a time to come out and talk about what they are wanting in a comfortable heating and cooling system. What is important to them. Help answer all there questions.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      I was in the apartment business for over 26 yrs worked on many different systems. I always enjoyed coming in and furnace would be not working people were cold. Its rewarding when you can make people comfortable again.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
      I have dealt with residential home owners. renters, Investors. Construction, and business owners. I treat everyone the same I believe in giving a honest opinion and let the customer make their own decision. No pushy sales.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
      I really enjoy going in and designing and constructing a comfortable heating system. I just finished a 3 story house in Palmer Woods 2 complete systems and zoned 2nd and 3rd floor. It was a challenge but the finish job was awesome.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
      #1 Be careful a lot of techs out there aren't very honest. # 2 Make sure who you deal with is licensed and insured. #3 Cheapest isn't the best. #4 Think about what you want and don't let someone talk you out of it.

      What is important to you. What are you looking for in a heating and cooling system.
