About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that our pest control prices are fair and transparent. We'll always give you a clear idea of how much our services will cost, with no surprises. Plus, we sometimes offer discounts for things like regular service plans, referrals, or special promotions. We want you to feel good about the value you're getting, so we're always upfront about our pricing and happy to discuss any available discounts.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, when a customer contacts us about a pest issue, we arrange a time to visit their place and check out the situation. We'll look around to see what pests are causing trouble and figure out how bad the problem is. Then, we chat with the customer about what we found and explain our plan to tackle the pests. We'll give them a clear idea of what we can do and how much it will cost. Once they're on board, we schedule a time to carry out the pest control service, whether it's setting traps, applying treatments, or making changes to keep pests out. After the job is done, we follow up to make sure everything worked out and the customer is happy. It's all about making sure they feel good about the service they received.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in pest control for nearly 20 years, and during that time, I've gained a lot of hands-on experience dealing with all sorts of pests. I've also received training and education in pest control techniques and best practices to make sure I'm up to date with the latest methods. Plus, I've worked at Orkin Pest Control, where I learned a ton and honed my skills in effectively managing pest issues. So, you can count on me to bring a wealth of practical knowledge and expertise to handle any pest problem.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
Once just a regular kid who loved exploring the outdoors, My interest in pest control sparked when I single-handedly tackled a persistent ant problem in my mom's kitchen. My inventive approach to solving the issue caught the attention of neighbors, and soon, I found myself known as the local bug expert. Inspired by this success and a desire to help others, I decided to dive headfirst into the world of pest control, where my passion for problem-solving and love for nature continue to drive me in my career today.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all kinds of customers, from families dealing with household pests like ants and roaches to businesses facing more specialized issues like rodent infestations or termite problems. Whether it's a cozy home or a bustling office, I've helped people from all walks of life tackle their pest concerns and create a pest-free environment they can feel comfortable in.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently, I had a job where a family was dealing with a persistent bed bug problem that had been causing them a lot of stress. After a thorough inspection and treatment plan, we were able to completely rid their home of the infestation. Seeing the relief and gratitude on their faces when they could finally sleep peacefully again made me really proud of the work we do in helping people reclaim their homes from pesky pests.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is important to verify that they have a combination of experience and expertise. Avoid opting for low-cost options, as this may not always result in a successful outcome. Remember, the quality of the service or product often corresponds with its price.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Before contacting a pest control specialist, a customer should think through a few key questions. Firstly, they should consider what type of pests they are dealing with and the extent of the infestation. Next, they should think about any specific concerns or preferences they have regarding the treatment methods, such as eco-friendly options or safety for pets and children. It's also important for the customer to consider their budget and what they are willing to spend on pest control services. Additionally, they should think about any previous experiences with pest control and what they liked or disliked about those experiences. Lastly, they should consider if there are any specific timelines or deadlines for addressing the pest issue.
