About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer highly competitive and affordable pricing when compared to local competition. I am a small shop that does not have a lot of overhead, so therefore I am able to give pricing back to the customers. I alway encourage my customers to do their due diligence and call around to get different quotes to see what works for them.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My main priority is solving whatever issue may be present, at the most adorable cost for the customer. You will see a lot of businesses over-quote in situations where it may not be necessary.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My Educational/Training Background: 1. Associates degree in HVACR from Washtenaw Community College 2. EPA Card 3. Michigan Gas Heat Certification 4. Michigan Electrical Certification 5. Michigan AC Certification 6. Michigan Mechanical Contractors License
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
My senior year of high school I was offered the opportunity to go to a technical school for half the year to learn about HVAC/Electrical work. I thought at the very least, I could learn a few skills that would help me later in life. I quickly found that I loved working on mechanical equipment and troubleshooting issues. I found a passion for helping others through this work!
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
Over the last 10 years I have worked on a multitude of projects from commercial to residential HVAC equipment. I am well versed in troubleshooting and installing in both situations.
