  calling or emailing to get first contact and to set up a time I can come see what you would like done

  8 years of commercial and residential construction work
• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  I was working in residential remodel and repair, got trained in tile work and had a good boss who let me use the training I got to start my own business.

  many different types of people from those looking for a small shower repair to those installing and remodeling their whole bathroom.
• Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

  the job I am most fond of is the new bathroom install I was apart. I enjoy the vertical tile layout design as well as the large custom niche.
• What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

  look into the pricing of what you would like done prior to shopping for a contractor, it will not give you an exact estimate of the work you need done, but it will get you in the same ballpark as the contractor you're looking to hire.
• What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

  what is the total budget you're willing to spend on repair or remodel? what materials would you like installed? what layout or other design choices would you like featured in the work?
