About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is unique so there is not a set price for a given job. Pricing varies due to the nature and severity of the job. Through our conversations with the customer we work to provide an accurate estimate for the job that needs to be completed.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak with potential customers to determine how long the problem has been occurring and we work with them to find a solution to prevent the problem from happening again.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m certified through NASCO to inspect pipes with live feed and have been unclogging sewer lines for over 10 years.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started hydro jetting for Baltimore County Department of Public Works several years ago and learned different steps to unclog many types of drains.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of residential and commercial customers in many different locations.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I unclogged an outside yard drain and a French drain which took about an hour to unclog.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the provider is licensed and insured to do the work.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Has this problem occurred before? If so, how long ago? How often does this problem occur? What steps are you taking so that this problem doesn’t happen again?
