      We give free diagnostic to all residential clients.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      Our process with new customers starts with getting a brief history on their system & logging each customer into our system so each technician can give status updates in real time and even quote customers, and invoice on site.

      I graduated from locals 602 in 2011 with honors. I currently hold a UA Masters license Virginia Masters D.C. Masters Maryland Masters Journeyman in DC Universal EPA certification Trane Carrier Goodman Ruud York Gibson Liebert Stulz Mitsubishi Ductless mini splits LG ductless mini split Commercial Trane Voyager Roof Top Units
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      Believe it or not I wanted to be an auto mechanic, but the class was full. 3 masters later... here we are.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
      Majority of our Customers are commercially based. From Washington Hospital center to direct manufacturer representation on behalf of Liebert. Our residential database consists of over 4000 customers in the DMV area.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
      Recently we converted a ladies system from an oil furnace to a heat pump which reduced her energy consumption by 40%
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
      Make sure they are licensed and insured. Also make sure there is a licensed Master Mechanic that actually is involved with the the company.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
      Know your budget and understand every company or mechanic will give you a different price. Knowing if the technician that will be working in your home is a apprentice, journeyman or master is important and it will give you comfort. Registered journeyman and master mechanics are documented through the state in which their license was issued and can be reported directly to that agency.
