About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service charge will be waived if job is accepted. I price by the job not by the hour. If hourly is requested it will be provided. I worked for the larger service compainies and know their pricing. I am fully prepared to provide you with the same service at a lower price.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we set up a consultation. Once onsite I can analyze the issue and work with you to find the solution that best fits your needs. The next step is providing an estimate on location. Once it is accepted I will be prepared to complete the agreed upon job.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Plumber in Massachusetts. Both my education and reqiured work hours under the supervision of a Master Plumber have been completed.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was granted an opportunity to work for 2 service companies in Boston for the past 10 years. In that time I gained work and education experience from upwards of 10 master plumbers.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
Both residential and commercial customers in the greater boston area.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
At my former employer we set up the water supply and drainage for a health care center who added a dialysis center to their location. It took aprroximately 3 weeks to complete.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire a licensed professional to recieve professional service
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Long term vs short term results. What are realistic expectations for my specific situation? Licensed? Insured? What type of warranty on the work performed?
