About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Drain Frog offers flat rate services so there's no guessing or wondering if a pro is dragging his feet to stretch out the cost. I wish to be respectful of your time and your home or business.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We wish to give you a friendly face and response and addressing all your concerns. Some problems aren't as they appear, and before work begins there will be a thorough inspection to gain a full picture of the problem to make sure you get the best service possible. This may include inspecting maintenance rooms or closets in your basement, inspecting your septic tank or anywhere where utilities can be found.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've received personal training from large corporations as well as graduating from a trade school in my youth. With a plumbing background from the trade school and a further education on septic systems, I feel I am extremely knowledgeable on most sewer systems
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into the industry with the biggest companies in the area over a 5 year period. I take pride in my work and consider myself proficient above my competition, so I decided to head out of my own and bring great service and great prices to friends and neighbors.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
From working with larger companies, I have worked from single family homes, trailer holes, strip malls, apartment complexes, apartment homes and even large warehouses. no job is too big or too small.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently I visited a client's home in Sharon, in which a competitor had been there a few days prior. Despite him already cleaning the system, it was still full of material that had been missed and caused another backup. Using inspection equipment and some of the best tools on the market, I was able to understand how this was missed and resolve the issue. She was very happy with the service that she has her grandchildren over often, and I was happy I could finally resolve this issue.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Any good pro would be willing to give you cost-effective maintenance tips to prevent the problem in the first place.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Know the warning signs all! has some common problems and signs of a clog are listed in more detail. Knowing these signs can not only save you money, but also prevent a backup in your home.
