About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know that the majority of my work is done on a time and material basis . I have an hourly rate that I charge plus any material that I use. I also give a $15 discount for all first time customers, also if a customer refers me to another customer the next time I work for that customer they will receive $15 off their total bill.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is relatively simple,I like for my customers to know what all is involved pertaining to the job. I try to give them an estimated time on how long the project could take. Also I keep them updated on every step of the job to keep them informed on what’s all going on .
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received very good training through a 5 year apprenticeship program where I attended school 2 nights a week and worked 40 hours during the week . I also received numerous certifications that pertain to the plumbing industry. I’m also involved in continuing education once a year , and also one week out the year for additional training.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got introduced into the plumbing trade by a childhood friends dad that was a plumber at the time for over 30 years . He helped me to get enrolled in a 5 year apprenticeship program where I worked 40 hours a week for a plumbing company, and went to a training school 2 nights a week . The training along with on the job training was tremendous in preparing me for all aspects of the plumbing trade.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers, from facility managers in high rise buildings, to fast food restaurant managers , from young married couples to elderly single customers. Every Customer gets treated the same and gets the same quality of work.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
There is not one particular job that I’m fond of , and the reason being is that every job I do I’m fond of. I specialize in repair and service work and the most gratifying part is when you leave a job you leave knowing that you fixed someone’s problems .
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are several different things I would tell a customer before thinking about hiring a plumber , not only hiring someone local is important, but make sure that you are hiring a plumber that is licensed and insured, and that you are not just hiring a handyman that professes he is capable of doing plumbing.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The most important thing is knowing the proper information, the customer needs to relay as much information as possible to the professional. The customer should also know what exactly they want to be done, communication is the key .
