  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by having a friendly chat to really get to know what our client needs. After that, we’ll set up a meeting to go over the project details and share a clear, honest price quote. Our team works hard to keep everything running smoothly while ensuring top-notch quality. Once we wrap up the project, we check in to make sure our client is happy, take care of the final payment, and invite feedback so we can keep improving our services together.

We work with Commercial and Residential customers.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask lots of questions. You want an alignment of expectations between you and the service provider.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
You should think through your project start to finish, then imagine how you want the finished product to look. Then communicate that as best as you can to your contractor.
