  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Evaluate the need & set up a time and date based on their availability. Once the job is evaluated, communicate the cost, scope of work & time frame to complete if agreed to. Ensure the repair is done to the customer's satisfaction, & be transparent with the job from start to finish.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working construction with my uncle when I was 15, 17 I started laboring for a private contractor. 21 I went & got into the union. 27 I started working for a private contractor again and ran their commercial/ residential general maintenance and plumbing service department. I did everything from setting up work orders, ordering material, routing the technicians, managing contracts, customer updates, estimating, pulling permits & running calls in the field. After running that company for several years, I ended up taking a job with another company running their estimating department overseeing 43 states and close to 2 million customers. Providing customer satisfaction, being a service provider, and opening my own company has always been a passion of mine, which I've decided to pursue.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential, commercial, industrial, insurance & warranty
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they are licensed, bonded and insured. If someone is not, it can expose the customer to a potential liability issue if something were to happen on their property with that individual/ provider.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Their budget, when they are looking to have the work done & if they have received any other estimates.
