About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Regardless of how big or small the job is, my goal is to make sure my pricing is fair and affordable for everyone. I also offer referral discounts.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and straightforward. I listen to the customer's needs and gather as much information as possible. I'll explain the best route to rectify the situation and then execute. I like to make the process easy but as thorough as possible.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working with my hands since I was a young teenager. Once I graduated high school, I went to college and achieved two degrees while working in my field. Though I went to school for heating/cooling and electrical training, I've gained tons of experience in other trades over the years, which has made me extremely versatile.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad got me started at an early age ( 14 years old) and even 20 years later, I still thank him for it.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all types of customers from business owners to landlords, tenants, realtors, and homeowners.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently a new customer reached out needing their kitchen faucet serviced and fixed the problem in a timely manner. They were so impressed by my work, they asked if I could look at their furnace and gfci outlet in their bathroom. I was able to make the necessary repairs for both items and also educated them on what I did. The biggest benefit for the customer was that I saved them time/money and didn't need to contact another contractor.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The best advice I can give, know what you're trying to accomplish. The more information you can give the contractor the better. This allows the process to go smoothly and efficiently.
