ELECTRICAL:
GFCI Outlet Replacement: $150 each
Regular Outlet/Switch Replacement: $100 each
Outlet/Switch New Construction: $50 each
Powercord install on major appliances (oven, dryer, etc): $175
*Light Fixture Replacement less than 10ft (existing wiring): $150
*New Light fixture less than 10ft (no existing wiring - drywall work not included): $300 per light
*Ceiling Fan Replacement less than 10ft (existing wiring): $250
*Ceiling Fan and switch, less than 10ft (no existing wiring - drywall work not included): $600
*Bathroom fan replacement: $300
*Bathroom fan and vent new install: $550
FLOORING:
Floor Leveling: $100 bag (number of bags determined by how many inches of leveling over a given square footage)
*Underlayment install: $1.50/square foot
*Install Vinyl or Linoleum Plank normal flooring: $4/square foot
*Install Vinyl or Linoleum Plank on stairs: $45 per stair step
Carpet, padding, staples and Tack Strip Removal: $1.50/square foot
Baseboard and quarter round install (primed, painted and caulked): $5.00/linear foot
Grout removal and replacement: $17.00/linear foot (minimum $100)
MISCELLANEOUS
*Small closet organization system (4ft x 3ft or smaller) install: $300
*Medium closet organization system (8ft x 3ft or smaller): $500
*Walk in closet: Minimum $1000, will need to measure for exact quote.
New railing stained or painted and hardware:$22 per linear foot
Railing replacement hardware: $100
*External door handle and dead bolt replacement: $175
