Introduction

  Pricing is by job not by hour. Estimates given after viewing job. Prices will be reasonable.

  Calling or emailing to get some information is important before doing the job. I always try to be honest and fair in my work and pricing.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  8 years of drain and sewer cleaning and inspections. History with sewer repairs and replacement. Focusing on clearing drains and inspections at the moment.
• What types of customers have you worked with?

  Mainly residential.
• What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

  The cheapest option is not always the best, neither is the most expensive. Communication is key in trying to convey what the issue is. Sometimes the most visible issue is a symptom of an underlying one, that's why we need to get eyes on it to give you the best possible offer.
• What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

  What is the nature of the problem? How long has the issue been happening? Has anyone else worked on it before? If so, when?
