About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Are pricing is out of a book, and there are no emergency charges. Doesn’t matter what day of the week. We have plumbers seven days a week. We try and not be ordinary plumbers.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would show them in layman’s terms what needs to be done. I would explain why it’s needed and upfront cost. I treat my customers the way I would want to be treated.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Company is a licensed plumbing company with over 35 years experience.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
Been in the industry a long time and learned from other companies mistakes.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
      All types of customers.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I wouldn't always look at the lowest price. I would look at the experience and quality of work. Lower pricing is usually a red flag. Something is getting sacrificed, materials, license, insurance etc.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We have several reviews all over. We are on Home Advisor and several other sites. We are background checked and have great reviews. We strive for customers for life.
