  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
      Recently had a customer who had multiple companies come out over the past few years to solve his downstairs not reaching temperature and solve the zero airflow it was also receiving. Well it took us about 30 minutes to figure out the system had a hidden damper installed underneath the furnace tucked away. You couldn't even access the damper from the crawl space. Well, a lot of technicians (Not all techs) get stumped by airflow and have trouble understanding static pressure and what you can find out with just a manometer. Had to cut some metal to open the damper. The issue was resolved, and we checked on the homeowner a few days later. He was extremely happy with our service and so where we.
