  Our process begins with a thorough 13-point inspection of your home’s plumbing system. This helps us familiarize ourselves with the condition of your plumbing and identify any potential issues. After the inspection, we’ll present you with several repair options to fit your needs and budget. Our goal is to always start and complete the work on the same day, ensuring minimal disruption to your routine.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  Absolute Plumbing is led by Mike Chastain, the owner, who has over 30 years of experience in the plumbing industry and holds an Unrestricted Master Plumber's License. We are a fully licensed, insured, and bonded company, proudly serving the greater Atlanta area since 2008. Our team is highly trained to handle all types of plumbing needs with professionalism and expertise
• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  Mike, the owner of Absolute Plumbing, got started in the plumbing industry right out of high school. With a young family to provide for, he worked hard to establish a reputation for himself. In 2008, he took the leap and founded Absolute Plumbing, initially focusing on new home construction plumbing. By 2018, Mike expanded the business to include residential plumbing services, offering more options to meet the growing needs of his community.
• What types of customers have you worked with?

  Absolute Plumbing works with a wide variety of customers from different backgrounds. We serve homeowners needing residential plumbing services as well as light commercial customers. Our diverse clientele includes people from all walks of life, ensuring that we can meet the unique needs of each customer.
• Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

  We recently helped a young family who had just purchased their home only four days prior to our visit. They called us out for a whole-home backup, and after some investigation, we discovered that their house had very old cast iron drain lines, and the main sewer line was clogged with roots and had bellies. We provided the family with several options for a permanent solution, and they decided to move forward with replacing the main sewer line. We completed the work in just two days. The family was extremely satisfied with the result, and we were happy to help a young family get settled into their new home.
