• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  We are a locally owned and operated company, but also part of a nationwide network. We are licensed, insured and committed to providing a high a level of service. We focus on making the correct repair the first time, and we warranty all of our work. Thumbtack does charge our company to match with customers so we do have a standard $59 service charge to come to your home and perform basic diagnostic. If you approve any repairs, we will waive the fee!
• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  We will get you on our schedule ASAP! Our plumbers will perform a full diagnosis and can also do a full home inspection just to make sure there is nothing else you need to be aware of.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  Our team has decades of experience ranging from small residential to large commercial jobs.
• What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

  Ask about warranties! All of our work is covered by our minimum 2 year parts and labor warranty.

  I would consider whether you want a long term or short term fix. We always try to diagnose the root cause of the issue to prevent it from happening again.
