  321 Handyman Services LLC pricing varies based on each, individual job. We have a day rate of $450/day. Depending on the job, rates will be discussed or an estimate will be completed. Repeat customers will receive a discount based upon job completed.
• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  321 Handyman Services LLC typically will discuss with clients about services and/or jobs needing to be completed. We will discuss price based on pictures given of issues. If job/issue needs more detailed descriptive attention, estimates will be sent to customers to agree on work to be completed.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  321 Handyman Services LLC has 20+ experience with Heavy Equipment & Grading. Experience is also excelled in sheetrock, Flooring, painting, plumbing, & fencing.
• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  321 Handyman Services LLC has always been in the field! Always wanting to be busy! Passionate about helping others and fixing things at the same time! I got Tired of working for someone else and not having any time with my family. I wanted to be able to make my schedule and do what I love, BUT have quality family time as my priority!

• Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

  321 Handyman Services love any fun and exciting project! We have recently completed a full tub/shower makeover. Demo, Replumbing, and Reinstall Took 2 days. Also, during the summer, we love seeing all the before and after projects of pressure washing. Our favorite part is always the customers reactions and satisfaction with completed project.
