• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  A new customer is welcomed with a phone conversation followed by a meeting to discuss the needs and create a plan forward. Every customer is viewed special and individualized approach is applied to.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  The manager of Proud Built construction is highly experienced in building, remodeling, construction, and electrical services. He is licensed electrician in Oregon and Washington state with 4 years of education and training at JATC area 1. Other pertinent licensure/certifications include renovation and new construction certification.
• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  The manager of Proud Built construction was born with love and a heart for construction field. From early school years, he participated in after school welding, building, and engineering activities. As a High School junior, he was accepted into a technical school and competed 2 years of Clark county skill center program. His intellect has made him a successful contractor and today, he takes challenging opportunities while winning customer satisfaction.
• What types of customers have you worked with?

  Proud Built construction works with all customers with construction, electricity, and remodeling needs. No customer is left behind. Everyone is served and/or given resources to be served.
• Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

  SE pdx house full remodel was a beautiful opportunity for Proud Built construction to prove the excellence of skills and acquired experience. It took 1-1/2 month to complete the project.
• What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

  It’s important to look for a company and/or provider with good values, including honesty, integrity, respect, excellence and more. A provider with such qualities is easy to work with. Things will go smooth.
