      Not really standard. every job can be a bit different and the drive. I do offer hourly rates, it just depends on job itself.

      Establish communication and talk about project a little, then depending on talk, we move forward

      I have been in construction most of my life. Been field trained in concrete, framing, welding, surveying, research and development for construction equipment, house trimming including, doors, windows, lock sets, furniture builds, tile floors, showers, patio decks, pavers, irrigation, well pump, steal fabricator, concrete barns, pole barns and a few other things. toilet and faucet repair. fan and lights
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      Well after years of heavy construction I went into building barns and got a business license, got insured. Then once I was in town for about three yrs i was getting a lot of calls doing odd jobs. So I became a Handy Man
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
      All types, owners of corps., home owners, animal owners, osha safety personal, dog groomers, green thumbs, military, doctors, vets, horse trainers, electrician, other contractors and so on.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
      well we just finished tiling a walk in shower with no curb. The job was a great success with six more to do. Win Win situation
