• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  We offer flat rate pricing for residential plumbing repairs. No hourly rates or stacking of charges. One Job, one price.
• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  EVERYDAYPLUMBER does not give price quotes over the phone. Plumbing repairs can be complicated. We prefer to have plumber on-site to accurately assess the work needed and give an written estimate for the plumbing issues you are having.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  Our plumbers have decades of residential and commercial plumbing knowledge. The have the tools and experience to complete the plumbing repair quickly and reliably.
• What types of customers have you worked with?

  We have thousands of satisfied residential customers as well as commercial accounts from well know places of business. Some examples include: One Buccaneer Place (the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' Training Facility), Planet Fitness, Taco Bell, Zaxsby's, University Realty, Acorn Trace Apartments, and Village Inn to name a few.

  Beware of seemingly bargain based pricing over the phone. Many times you will find that this is a bait-and-switch tactic. Plumbing repairs can be very complicated and costly, even for a seemingly "real easy job". Always request an on-site estimate for an accurate diagnosis and accurate pricing.
