  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
Pompa Plumbing, the company, was founded by our owner, Remi, who has been working in the plumbing industry for over 25 years. He started as an apprentice and worked his way up, gaining experience and knowledge along the way. After many years of working for other companies, Remi decided to start his own plumbing business with the goal of providing exceptional service and workmanship to his customers. He assembled a team of highly skilled and trained technicians and started building a reputation for quality service and fair pricing. Over the years, Pompa Plumbing has grown and expanded its services, becoming a trusted name in our community's water heater industry. We are proud of our roots and are committed to continuing the legacy of quality workmanship and exceptional service that our founder started.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential customers: We provide Water heaters services for homeowners, helping them with everything from a tank or tankless electric water heater to a GAS water heater. Commercial customers: We also provide water heater services for businesses, helping them maintain their systems and ensure their operations run smoothly. Property management companies: We work with property management companies to provide water heater services for their rental properties, helping keep their tenants comfortable and well-maintained.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One recent project we were particularly fond of was a complete boiler room in Hotel. The project involved replacing the old tankless, updating the electrical, installing a new filter system, and installing a new water line. Our team worked closely with the customer to ensure that we understood their needs and preferences and that the project was completed to their satisfaction. We also helped to source high-quality materials that would be both functional and aesthetically pleasing. The project took approximately three weeks to complete, from the initial consultation to the final walk-through with the customer. Our team worked efficiently and effectively, ensuring quality workmanship and attention to detail. The customer was thrilled with the results, and we were proud to have played a role in helping them transform their boiler room into a beautiful and functional space. It was a great example of the type of work we love to do, where we can collaborate with the customer and put our expertise to work to create a project they will love for years to come.
