  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      The first thing I do is introduce myself and then I ask them What is their question or concern about the issue that I’m there for. Once they explain that to me, I will go over my process and great detail before any work gets done.

      I’ve been doing plumbing since 1995. I went for big companies. Worked for small businesses doing different projects. I also went to state apprenticeship of Delaware for plumbing, so l can further my education in plumbing. .

      I started doing this type of work back in 1995. I’ve been doing it ever since.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
      I have worked with every type of Customer that there is and together we were able to figure it out and get it done
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
      I had a customer that called me. With a concern that her well water had a terrible smell and that her water had a discoloring. So we scheduled an appointment for me to come to her house. I explained to the customer what I was going to do before I proceeded. I present to her a solution that will rectify her problem. Furthermore, I came back the following day and install the equipment. It took me about six hours to install everything. After I was done, she had Clearwater and the smell was completely gone. To be quite honest, water treatment is my specialty and I love giving solutions to people’s water issue. Customer was so happy that she gave me a five-star review on Google. .
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
      I cannot stress enough to read the reviews And if they have a website look at it because they will put pictures of their work
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
      When they want the job to be done, and of course, be reasonable with the pricing. And do not be afraid to ask questions.
