      Typically the diagnostic fee is $89 but it is waived if the customer moves forward with the recommendations made to repair the system or equipment.

      Schedule an appointment to evaluate the system. Typically an $89 diagnostic fee is charged and should the customer go with the repair that $89 is waived. Typically we offer same day service and repair.

      All Technicians and Installers go through continued training. All employees are certified and some have additional training and certifications as needed.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      Started in 2000 as Boyce Comfort Systems and in 2008 joined Aire Serv franchise family.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
      We work with both residential and commercial customers.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
      We are fond of every project and customer because that is why we do what we do. A "typical" install can take 6-8 hours.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
      Bigger doesn't always mean better. In this industry it is true, that you get what you pay for. Look at reviews because they are very telling of continued service and consistency.

      How long are they willing to sacrifice their comfort? How long has the company been in business? Ask to see reviews for the business.
