Introduction

We are a local family owned company with 30+ years of experience. The most important part of our business is customer satisfaction. About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fair pricing is important to us. We want to make sure you know you've gotten a good deal for the work we've done. Repeat business is very important to us. We are local and family owned which means our overhead costs are lower and we can work for reasonable pricing. We also offer senior and military discounts.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Building trust is most important. We want to make sure we've taken the time to answer all of your questions. We are extra careful to ensure you feel our professionalism, honesty, and friendliness so you feel comfortable having us in your home or at your place of business.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We come from a family of plumbers, 3 generations back to be exact. With years and years of exposure and experience, plumbing is like a second language to us. Unlike some families, plumbing is a regular topic at our dinner table.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
My grandpa's grandpa was a plumber and the skill has been passed down generation to generation. Plumbing is an honest living and we enjoy being able to work while spending time with the family.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds. There isn't a job too big or too small. What's important to us is that each customer has a good experience with Drain Terrier. The work is just as important as the customer service.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A most recent project was an emergency call we received at 9pm on a Saturday night. A father was dealing with a flooded basement. After cleaning up the mess in his basement, he and his family wanted a shower. Their shower drain was clogged and they couldn't get a technician to agree to come out. He gave us a call and we showed up to help him. We had a good experience knowing he could depend on us and he was thankful to get his plumbing working again quickly. It was a rewarding experience for us to be able to help a family in need.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Feel out the customer service and tone you get over the phone. That's where the service starts and it can reflect what the rest of the experience will be like. And, hiring locally owned companies is always a good rule of thumb.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How long will the job take? What's the ideal completion date and time? Does the company offer free estimates? How many years of experience does the technician have? Who is the plumber or technician who will be coming to your home (get a name)?
