All plumbing Work Guaranteed against defects in workmanship for 1 year residential, any commercial building will have a guarantee of 6 months. Drain Cleanings are guaranteed for 6 months unless the pipe is found to be in need of repair due to breakage. 3 months guarantee for commercial properties unless damage is found. 10% Discounts on labor for SENIORS, MILITARY, and FIRST RESPONDERS up to $100.

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  I'm typically going to be cheaper than the larger companies, and more expensive than the handymen that leave you calling the big companies. I've been doing this for a long time, and if you go with me for your plumbing issues you absolutely wont regret it. I do not mark up parts. 10% discount for Seniors, LEO, and Military.
• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  I've been in the trades since straight out of high school. Went into service plumbing shortly after and have never wanted to be anywhere else.
• What types of customers have you worked with?

  With everyone, and everywhere. I've been to every corner of the Bay Area and beyond doing every kind of plumbing work there is.
• What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

  Bad plumbers are like vampires, and once you let them in it can be all over for you if they want... What I mean is some plumbers are criminals and a $200 job can easily become a $30k+ job if they decide, so be extremely careful. Check the BBB for complaints. You have been warned.
