It takes about 3-4 hours on our side to complete most small requests due to the heavy traffic in the Bay Area and the daily toll fees. Below is a breakdown of the cost that it takes us to make a customer happy. Thumbtack fees. $30.00 average. Car expenses and toll fees. $20.00 Equipment usage and depreciation. $20.00 3 hours round trip paid to a Pro to complete a service call. $100.00 Company profit. $10.00 Company overhead expenses. $20.00 Total per request. $200.00 There’s a small 2 and 4% fee on electronic transactions unless you’re using Zelle.
