About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair as far as the current market. We do offer promotional discounts from time to time. We also honor our veterans and seniors with a discount as well!
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we like to visit with them. Get an idea of who they are and what results they are looking for in their project. Once we have taken the needed measurements and have listened to the customer about the scope of work, we will put together an estimate. We make sure our estimates are detailed and that they address the scope of work, materials used and schedule of work. Once determined to perform the work, we determine a start date. Communication is key throughout the whole process!
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A huge portion of the training we have received is through experience! We have been in the construction trades for over 9 years. Because there is no job to big or to small for us, it has exposed us to many scenarios and given us the know how to successfully complete any project.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 2005 I began working with a Contractor who was unscrupulous. I thought to myself, that customers need someone who is trustworthy and will get the job done right. Similar to having a mechanic that you always bring your car to, customers need a contractor that they bring their home to. I wanted to be that contractor! Therefore, in 2007 I retained my license and started Loyalty Counts Construction.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with many different types of customers through out the years. In the early years we worked a lot with realtors, performing repairs and remodeling homes. We gained a lot of experience during that time. During that same time period we grew in our experience in working with commercial property owners. Being a General Contractor we have had the opportunity to take on new construction work, home additions, concrete pours, retaining walls, patio covers, full custom kitchen and bathroom remodels. The list goes on and on. Many happy home owners have entrusted their property and projects to LCC!
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We have recently completed two projects. One full home remodel, interior and exterior. The scope of work was vast. Concrete , pavers, retaining walls, iron work gates, new windows, flooring, doors with casing, a lot of tile work. Customer kitchen and bathroom. This project took over two months due to its scope The second project was for the habitat for humanity. There we excavated, graded, formed and poured 6 foundations. We completed the project in a very quick 6 weeks
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
One piece of advice is that the customer read and educate themselves through the California State License Board. There you will read about the impact of hiring an unlicensed contractor, the recommended 3 estimates prior to deciding who you will work with. There is great information there that educates consumers about the construction process. More times than not, clients get hung up on cost. They should really consider what they want the output to be. Try to understand what is most important to you out of the three areas of any project: 1. Cost 2. Quality 3. Time Communication about expectations is a great key to any relationship.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What is my budget? What type of finish material would I like? What are they looking for in a contractor or construction tradesmen.
