About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We appreciate our military and respect our elders. Therefore we offer them discounts.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Friendship is my priority I will explain the whole works procedure and make sure the client understands what is happening throughout the whole process.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a union member for 12 years As a job lead man, foreman then superintendent/ competent person I know what customers expect and what it takes to get the job done right.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started really young (to young) I was 15 when I got into construction but I was kind of forced into it because both mom and dad were seek and I had to man up and start paying the bills. Please don’t get me wrong, I love what I do and that’s why I’ve been doing it for almost 25 years.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I can say that over the years I’ve had all kinds of clients but thank God we have made friends with almost all of them and they keep calling me back for more work.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I do my best to stay on schedule because I personally know what it feels like to not have your own space. Of course there is always unforeseen stuff behind a wall but we strive to resolve any matter in a fast and most efficient way.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It’s hard to determine who to use for any type of service but you can tell when a PRO walks into your home. Someone who treats you, the client with respect, cares about what you say and want, takes care of your home by putting plastic up when dust is expected do to demolition, protect your flooring as well. There are many things to consider when hiring any contractor.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I understand how difficult it is to have a plumbing emergency or house related emergency in general. It's important for a homeowner to know what they want and be open to suggestions from a PRO, there a re some times different options just in case the first choice can’t be done.
