About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have flat rate pricing, 2% processing fee for Venmo, and 3% processing fee for Cards
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to contact the customer first over the phone and hear what plumbing issues the costumer is having, we will then schedule a time of arrival, once there we will diagnose the issue and only upon customer acceptance will we more forward with completing the work.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
PHCC Journeyman License , C-36 License, Navien level 2 Certification, Rheem Certification, Noritz Certification, Gastite Certification, Christy’s Certification
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
Always loved working with my hands, when I had the opportunity to join on as a plumbing apprentice I tried it out and over a decade later I’m still here.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
Everyone! Happy customers, sad customers, angry customers, we worked with them all and always leave them with a smile
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Most recent would have been a simple faucet swap out. We installed a new high arch faucet so the client could wash her adorable Cocker Spaniel in the sink.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Stick with someone who is actually licensed, you never want to have to pay twice for bad plumbing
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Always consider the age of the plumbing issue. Repair vs Replacement and which would be more cost-effective.
