Introduction

We believe in exceptional customer service and results, and are proud of the San Francisco-native company built with family spirit. We want to be your plumbing and HVAC team! We have our own in-house training center to make sure our plumbers are the best they can be and are on top of current trends and materials. We charge clients by the hour instead of some huge “off the cuff” job price that pays the plumber a big commission instead of paying for the actual time and materials your job requires. No job is complete until our clients are satisfied. We believe that if take care of clients to complete satisfaction they will reward you with a lifelong relationship. We care and our team cares. It is our culture to make sure our team members are engaged in work and enjoy working for us, when they are happy they work harder to make sure clients are happy.

About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We spare our customers from upsells and pressure because we do not pay commissions to our technicians on what they sell. They are paid hourly and have no special incentive to sell you products. We are different from most that way – which is a benefit to you!
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customers call and book an appointment. We give free estimates on select items such as water heaters. We can handle any plumbing problem small or complicated. We charge $209.50 per hour with a 90 minute minimum. For perspective, a typical toilet clog can generally be cleared within an hour. If there are deeper plumbing problems we will let you know before commencing work. We are trusted by property management companies throughout San Francisco – and take care of thousands of managed properties. We bring a high standard of care to our direct residential customers, and our owner is hands on.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a team of 50+ and train weekly, We two offices - one in SF and one in the East Bay. Our owner Larry Bustillos has 40 years of experience (follow his adventures and connect with him on Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, Instagram, and Tik Tok.)
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
Right after high school I joined Local 38 Plumbing and Steam Fitters union, working on challenging high rises and other projects. 7 Years later, I started my own plumbing company and never looked back. (We are non-union.)
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
Individual home owners to large property management companies. There is no job too small or big.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We install water heaters and tankless water heaters in just a few hours for homeowners. We installed 30 new toilets in a multi-unit building and finished within one day. We installed a new HVAC system in a single family home.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Avoid commissioned plumbers who get paid on how much they sell you. Pick a plumbing company that charges by the hour. Choose quality and experience rather than the cheapest rate.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Check permit requirements and local regulations. Describe your current plumbing and past issues. Make sure to share any DIY attempts and outcomes. Discuss desired warranty and guarantees. Clarify responsibilities for cleanup and damage.
