Introduction

Thanks for reaching out! We do our best to keep happy customers by giving them a great service with affordable prices without compromising the quality. Our initial hourly rate for most of our projects is $150 - $240 for the first hour. It takes about 3-4 hours on our side to complete most small requests due to the heavy traffic in the Bay Area and the daily toll fees. Below is a breakdown of the cost that it takes us to make a customer happy. Thumbtack fees. $30.00 average. Car expenses and toll fees. $20.00 Equipment usage and depreciation. $20.00 3 hours round trip paid to a Pro to complete a service call. $100.00 Company profit. $10.00 Company overhead expenses. $20.00 Total per request. $200.00 There’s a small 2 and 4% fee on electronic transactions unless you’re using Zelle. Looking forward to work with you! Arisel Ortega

About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, We mostly like to see the job/assignment to get a better interpretation of what we are about to do. Getting the right materials/tools has an impact on the final results and price. We try to work smarter and harder.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to take customers to a new experience of work together without the stress that involves all kind of work around the house. Always proud of what we do and why we do it !!

I worked for multiple companies and independent contractors from sweeping to rewire whole houses.

Helping other people in the neighborhood. My dad used to do handy work since I remember.

All types. From a busy house-wife to the high-end real state firms.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
An occupied whole house rewire that we finish in half of the time we expected, thanks to all the customer’s help provided moving their furniture around and out of the way. Definitely this made everyone happy!
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be as clear as possible and communicate with pro constantly. Supervise the process. Miscommunication is the most common problem.
