  We are honest and transparent about our pricing. We bring our fully-equipped service truck out at no cost. Our trained technician will take a look at the problem, let you know everything that's involved, and give you flat rate prices from our menu price book for any work to be done. If you approve the work, they'll stay and do the job right then and there. We offer a military discount.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  We carry a C36 plumbing license and our technicians have at least 10 years experience in this industry.
• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  We started with just clearing drains by snaking, and then ventured into hydrojet cleaning and sewer camera inspection. Now we also do minor and major drain repairs and installations.
• What types of customers have you worked with?

  Residential and commercial, whether it's main drain, branch drains, storm drains, french drains.
• Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

  We recently helped a customer install storm drains. The customer had a beautiful home with a huge yard but the original builder did not install storm drains. Whenever it rains, water would accumulate on the sides of the house causing property damage. Zoom Drain was able to install a proper drainage system for this customer. The job took 6 days from Digalert, excavating, installing, pouring concrete and back-filling. The customer was a joy to work with!
• What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

  Don't fall for the $99 to clean all your drains bait and switch tactic. Most professionals will visit at no charge to diagnose the issue. Let the professional technician take a look at the problem and give you a quote to fix it. Then you decide if the quote sounds reasonable. Also check for customer reviews on the company site that shows actual photos of jobs they have completed.
• What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

  It'll be helpful if customers can share if other professionals had worked on the issue and what they had found/ done. Also share if they had tried any DIY method and what they discovered.
