Introduction

I offer fast, friendly and honest service. I am offering a wide range of services, including plumbing, electrical services, carpentry, light fixture installations, and faucet, sink, and even appliance installations. I truly love doing repairs and making the customers happy with the services completed. I do this daily, and I am always faced with a wide range of tasks: anything from hanging pictures, TVs, and mirrors to even installing bathroom fans and new lighting, all in the same day.

About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour on repair jobs and I have a 2 hour minimum . If it looks like a multi day event, I would opt for a fixed price. Sometimes it's more beneficial to the client to go this route.i
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to briefly get to know exactly what my customers/ clients are looking. It may be an emergency plumbing issue or a bathroom update, for the most part the initial dialogue is always the same.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had 5 years in handyman and residential construction. For that time I've been a full time handyman with no gaps. In the last 2 years I've begun doing things on my own and I have some great feedback from my clients.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I use to be a Realtor and found that there were many homes needing repairs. I decided to let my current handy abilities take over and now I repair homes instead of selling them. Being a Realtor opened my eyes to repairs that my clients may need completed in the event of a potential sale. I know what inspectors are looking for. I think this gives me an edge on others who wait for an inspection report.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with everyone and nearly every project. Plumbing, electrical, tile floor and shower surrounds, painting, carpentry and more.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently did a bathroom update. The project took 5 days from demolition to completion. It took a lifeless bathroom and brought it in to the new age.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I am a firm believer that you need to trust somebody before allowing them into your home. I do the same thing when I have anybody work on my home. Being comfortable is key. Also, ask questions. Many individuals will simply let the work occur and then at the end ask questions that should have been asked much sooner.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Have a bit of an idea exactly what you need. For example; If it's a leaking toilet, tell me me if its the tank that's leaking, water leaking from the bottom of the toilet or simply the water is running. Any details no matter what the project is, can be very helpful and ultimately saves us both time and money.
