About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very affordable and the quality of work is always excellent.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything is quite simple: if necessary, I receive additional information, agree on the price, time of work, and after receiving the address, I book the time for the customer.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience in plumbing in my home country and in the USA is 16 years in total, and I also graduated from the institute with a degree in designing water supply and sewerage networks.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been doing HVAC and plumbing for over ten years in my home country. I enjoy this work, so I continued doing it in the US, focusing exclusively on plumbing (especially garbage disposals, kitchen or bathroom sink faucets, toilets).
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
      All types )
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
When replacing the toilet with a new one, it turned out that the old cast iron flange had rotted and it was impossible to attach the new toilet to it. It had to be dismantled. This was not easy, since the flange was attached to the cast iron pipe with lead. After dismantling, it turned out that the hole in the floor was too big and there was nothing to attach the new flange to. In the end, after installing a metal plate, everything worked out. The work took a day and a half.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask a basic question, for example: how long does such work take? An experienced specialist will immediately give a clear answer or justify the impossibility of providing such information without a report or photographs.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Experience shows that it is better to provide more information, even if it seems unimportant to you.
