About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in keeping things simple and transparent to make your experience smooth and stress-free! Below is what you can expect from our pricing structure: Clear and Itemized Quotes: We provide a detailed breakdown so you know exactly what you're paying for—no surprises. Labor Only vs. Labor + Materials: Some services, like balcony repairs, are labor-only (you provide materials), while others, like flooring installation, include both labor and materials. Deposit and Payment Terms: We require a 30% deposit to get started, with the remainder due when the project is complete. Discounts Available: We offer senior discounts and bundle discounts if multiple services are booked together. Changes and Extra Work: Small adjustments during the project are usually free, but major changes will be quoted and added as a change order. No Hidden Fees: Our quotes include all expected labor, materials, and other costs upfront—what you see is what you pay! 1-Year Labor Warranty: We stand by our work with a 1-year labor warranty, giving you peace of mind long after the project is done.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe that trust must be earned, and we like to earn it by focusing on clear communication, reliability, and quality work. Here’s what you can expect when working with us: Initial Consultation: We start by listening carefully to your needs during an in-person or phone consultation. We want to fully understand your vision and expectations. Site Visit & Estimate: For most projects, we schedule a site visit to take accurate measurements and discuss details. Then, we provide a detailed, itemized quote so there’s full transparency on costs. Planning & Scheduling: Once the quote is approved, we set a schedule that works for you. We’ll also discuss logistics, such as material delivery, site access, and preparation needs. Project Execution: During the project, we communicate regularly to keep you informed of progress. We treat your home with care and clean up the work area daily to minimize disruption. Final Walkthrough & Completion: We do a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. If any adjustments are needed, we’ll address them right away. Follow-up & Warranty: After completion, we remain available for any questions or concerns. With our 1-year labor warranty, you can feel confident that we’ll stand behind our work.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over two decades of hands-on experience in construction and remodeling, we’ve built a solid reputation for quality and reliability. Our team consists of skilled professionals who are experts in their respective fields, ensuring every project is handled with care and precision. Additionally, I hold a certification as a Communications Technician from my time working with DirecTV, where I learned to safely run coaxial cables and manage wiring installations. This background in technical work adds another layer of expertise to our ability to integrate smart home technology into traditional homes.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
onstruction has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember—my family has been in the construction business for three generations, starting with my grandfather. Growing up, I was always surrounded by tools, materials, and projects in progress. This work runs in our veins, and over the years, I’ve carried on the family tradition with pride, expanding my skills and building a business that reflects the values passed down through generations: quality, hard work, and trust.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
We’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of customers over the years, including: Homeowners: From small repairs to full home remodels, we’ve helped homeowners transform their spaces to fit their needs and style. Retired Seniors: We specialize in working with seniors, offering thoughtful solutions and smart home conversions to enhance safety and convenience. Commercial Clients: We’ve completed projects in warehouses, offices, and retail spaces, including building new rooms and handling flooring installations. Property Managers: Our quick and reliable service helps property managers maintain and upgrade rental units efficiently. Our experience with different types of clients allows us to adapt to unique needs and provide the best possible service. Whether it’s a custom home improvement or a commercial build-out, we value trust and communication with every client we work with.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One project I’m particularly proud of was a kitchen remodel we completed for a family in Perris, CA. We painted the cabinets, installed new handles, replaced the microwave, and installed new countertops, a faucet, and a sink. We also updated the outlets and upgraded the plumbing for the sink to ensure everything was running smoothly. The entire project took two weeks from start to finish. Seeing the homeowners' excitement when they walked into their refreshed, modern kitchen made all the hard work worth it!
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My best advice is to look for someone you can trust—someone who communicates clearly, listens to your needs, and provides a detailed, transparent quote. Make sure the provider has experience with the type of project you need and can show you examples of their previous work. It’s also important to ask about warranties and how they handle unexpected changes or issues during the job. A good provider should be willing to answer all your questions and keep you updated throughout the process. Finally, trust your instincts. If someone takes the time to understand your project and makes you feel comfortable, that’s usually a good sign they’ll care about the results as much as you do.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Before reaching out to a professional, it’s helpful for customers to consider the following questions: What is your budget? Having a budget range in mind helps professionals suggest options that fit your needs. What is your timeline or deadline? Knowing when you'd like the project completed helps with scheduling and planning. What specific outcomes are you looking for? Think about the style, materials, or features you want so your vision is clear from the start. Will you need to provide any materials yourself? This helps clarify who will handle materials and ensures everything is available on time. Are there any special requirements? Consider things like permits, safety concerns, or access to the site. How will the project affect your daily routine? Knowing this can help you plan for any disruptions and ask the professional how they will minimize them. By thinking through these questions, you’ll be better prepared to communicate your needs, making the process smoother for both you and the professional.
