About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my pricing is flat rated per job. I’m fair, I want to build a great working relationship with my customers
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Transparency is important. I like for my customers to know why some worker needs to get done, the importance of it & the process to get them where they need to be in order to have a safe and functional home.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked hands on with some of the best plumbers that were around. Now retired. Learn plumbing by the code book and recently obtained my license
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started plumbing at the age of 18. Started with late night calls, jetting and driving a big septic tank pumping tanker. Loved it ever since.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with just about everyone. Home owners, rental properties, big apartment buildings, restaurants, comercial stores, shopping centers, & public work projects
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I personally take great satisfaction redoing water lines. Water is a key factor to maintain great health. Removing the old and installing the new. However my favorite project has been redoing the sewer for an old historic home in Santa Barbara. The walls were covered by walls from different time periods. They couldn’t remove anything pre-existing they where only able to add walls. Home dated back to the 1800’s.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always get a second opinion. & stay away from big franchise companies or companies with technicians making only commission salaries.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
When the home was build and the integrity of their plumbing in general
