About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our goal is to help as many people as we can. To do this, we don't leverage using hours to bill our cliens. Every job that we do has a price - regardless of the amount of time it takes - so that there is no guessing on the price or a change in the amount the estimate stated. We are confident in our ability and will strive to have your confidence in us.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer will need to provide a time window for us to arrive (generally 2 hours). This is because we often have a job before the set appointment and may arrive a little after the front side of the appointment window. We always dispatch and send a text or email to let you know we are on our way. With every client, we respect your property - we will always wear boot covers to reduce dirt in your home make sure everything is as it was in the beginning of the appointment. We always start with a FREE EVALUATION of the job. This changes if a diagnosis or equipment is needed. We will always reveal this to you upfront before anything starts. Should you choose not to proceed, there is no cost. Very much of what we do is digital. So, texting, emails and calls are recorded and the most ideal way to communicate with the Beastbay Team.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The technicians at Beastbay Plumbing are all trained and fall under our Plumbing License through the State of California. Multiple managers go out to the field to check on projects to ensure that everything is done to code and matches or exceeds customer expections. The technicians have meetings multiple times a week to ensure their awareness in what it takes to uphold their responsibilites.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
Several of the technicians and managers worked for other businesses in the plumbing industry. There is some management and office staff that are new to the industry but enjoy the path of learning on how to help the neighborhoods and cities they grew up in.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
Our customers span from residents to commercial properties. We also do some new construction so long as framing is up and plans have been approved.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A house was torn down to the studs and had to get the sewer and water line from the street all the way to whole house done within a time limit. Not only did we complete the job well before the needed inspection date, we attended the inspection and ensured that it all passed the first time.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A contractor's time is valuable. This is often seen when it costs a fee to have a technician come to evaluate and diagnose your situation. We, however, will always start by doing this for free. We believe that giving as much information as possible, even without payment, can help our clients and settle their troubles.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I highly recommend not revealling too much of what another plumber has found. Each plumber will recommend something different depending on what is going on, and that can often help in making a decision on which plumber to trust in doing the job properly and to meet your needs.
