• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  All estimate fees are waived if customer moves forward with options. Willing to work with any budget and provide multiple options to either upgrade or repair for the time being. Discounts can be applicable when customers are looking to bundle multiple projects at once.
• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  We always provide a free whole home plumbing evaluation to determine the true root issue of any plumbing need. As well to educate the homeowner on how their whole home plumbing system functions. This allows the home owner to be ready for future repairs or upgrades that may be needed at that time. All customers will also get a phone call or message prior to your scheduled appointment to confirm booking and arrival time.

• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  I grew up in the plumbing and HVAC industry. My father owned a local service, repair and installation business for over 20 years. I worked for him almost my whole life until he retired. I offer the old style of business my father taught me, where quality and customer service is top priority but with the new and updated systems that companies offer for your optimal comfort.
• What types of customers have you worked with?

  All sorts of customers, whether looking for a simple repair or the full package upgrade. We tailor estimates for our customers needs and wants.
• What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

  Look for someone who does clean work, loves what they do, and is looking to take care of the customer at the end of the day.
