About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give free estimates and we don't perform any work without your authorization.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically have a customer show us the area of concern, we will then check out the other drains in the vicinity to determine the appropriate solutions. We then show the pricing out of a menu price book before we start work.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are very specialized in drains and have our own in-house training center for drain cleaning. We have weekly training sessions and mandatory safety training.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
Water is the wellspring of life and we've made it our business to protect it. Our family-owned company has helped hundreds of Orange County families and businesses ensure the health and comfort of their homes and establishments. Our mission is to keep good water away from bad water to prevent dangerous contamination. It's a dirty job at times but our community is worth it! That is why we are proud to be Orange County's drain and sewer experts.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
We service residential, commercial and industrial customers. We also work hand in hand with most plumbers. Most general plumbers can do drains to a degree, however, we can help out when it gets beyond what they are equipped for. We also work directly with homeowners, business owners, managers and facilities.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find someone who is available at all times - drains don't care what day or time it is! Find someone who has the proper equipment at all times - always make sure a water jet and camera is coming... When you have time sensitive emergencies you don't want to sit around waiting on people to pick up equipment!
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
When I have a backup, is it important to have it fixed correctly and fast? Am I looking for a temporary fix or something permanent? When a system overflows are there any health concerns from the waste backup or has any property damage occurred? Is this contractor licensed and insured? Do I need to be on site for the work to be completed? Is this an emergency?
