  First we call costumer we ask questions and pictures to get better idea what costumer need, we give estimates over the phone and schedule appointment with the costumer.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I apprenticed under four different locksmiths for two years, I have five plus years of experience.
• What types of customers have you worked with?

  I have worked with lawyers, actors, doctors, wwll veterans, and all types of institutions.
• Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

  We did master key system to 16 doors in New Church in Cranberry Township. The project took 5 hours total.
• What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

  Ask all the questions upfront, make sure the locksmith you hire uses high quality hardware. Many times low price = low quality job. Choose wisely!
• What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

  What is their budget for the project? What is the importance of the person being hired? How well does the contractor communicate?
