About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices are starting prices and may vary per project, depending on the specific project details and requirements. Our technicians will always give you the full price before beginning a project. If you have any questions about a project or want a quote before deciding, we are happy to help!
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our professional locksmiths are licensed and bonded. You can view our CCB license and the emergency locksmiths who are licensed to work for us on the CCB website, and each locksmith will have their license with them when arriving at your location.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with everyone! Our expert automotive Portland locksmiths unlock cars, make replacement car keys, program FOBs and transponder keys, change ignitions and more. We can help with any residential lock project. We unlock houses, rekey locks, install new locks, replace locks and repair locks. We also work on commercial projects. We unlock businesses, install panic bars, unlock file cabinets & safes, rekey business locks, replace business locks and work with master key systems.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Locksmith scams are no laughing matter, and unfortunately, there are a number of Portland locksmith companies who have been found to be illegally employing unlicensed workers. If you haven't heard of locksmith scams before, the bottom line is that companies often hire workers who are not licensed, and sometimes the companies themselves are not licensed by the Construction Contractors Board. They then try to intimidate customers into paying outrageous prices while illegally completing the work. All locksmiths in the State of Oregon are required to be licensed. You can check with the Oregon CCB to see if the company you are ordering is licensed and bonded. You can either search by company name or CCB number - so, for example, our company can be found under "24 Hour Lock and Key" or our CCB number, which is 219787.
