  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a commercial building maintenance technician.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
All types; businesses, home owners, renters, schools, realty companies and agents, automotive repair shops and even daily commuters unfortunately locked out of their vehicle.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My favorite ones are rescuing pets from vehicles they've locked themselves in, although none have been in any real danger, it's always rewarding to get them back to their humans.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Careful research is always the best advice. Speak to your prospective provider before hand to ensure they are right for your needs.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
