About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, I do have set prices but I am always willing to work with a customer and to compete with other quotes
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I try to understand best what the clients end goal is because some times a client may thing they need a lot and as professional service providers we like to just say yes to what a client is requesting, but a lot of times knowing what the client end goal is helps understand better what a client actually need rather than what they asked, but of course it’s the clients decision after all.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Locksmith course and 1 on 1 lessons with a professional for about 5 months
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      2013
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve been in this field for about 8 years, so I think I’ve worked with literally every type of customer
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Car lockouts / house lockouts late at night, I love the satisfaction of helping a client in desperate need and seeing their relief. It can take anywhere between 5min- 35min
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Try your best to Understand what the actual problem is so that you don’t get things you don’t need
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
In my opinion, a customer should understand exactly what they need/want, so that the job is done is the best way possible
