  Look at more than just cost. If someone is offering a low or cheap price are their other hidden costs or surprises. Are posted rates just labor or include some basic supplies. What level of service are you getting for your money. Are you being pushed to make a decision by pro immediately. Is the pro taking the time to answer your questions.
