      American locks and keys works hard to make sure the customer gets the best and honest prices possible.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      We first listen to the customer's needs. We than give our estimates based on the information given. Before going to start a job we prefer to follow up with a phone call to make sure both the customer and our company are on the same page. We will usually ask as many questions as we can or even ask for pictures so we can better understand the customer's needs.

      College Graduates and mechanical background in automotive.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      Family owned, started by our older brother in 1986.

      We work with Individual customers, Realtors, Insurance companies, mechanics and independent dealerships.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
      Programming Fobs, remotes and keys for newer vehicles in the market. Installing stand alone access control locks.

      Try to be as specific as possible on job needed...

      What type of Lock? Auto, Commercial or House Locks?
