About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is in line with the level of work you are asking for. I do my best to explain how involved a job is, so you can understand my pricing. If it’s cheap, it’s easy. If it’s expensive it’s a difficult job.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk over the phone to answer some initial questions about the project. Then, I schedule the estimate, which is free and provides conclusive information about the project. Once the estimate is approved, I order materials for the customer. After materials arrive, we schedule the installation.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years of experience as a locksmith. I am trained in both residential and commercial.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started with locks 4 years ago and started doing doors as my experience grew.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with all kinds of customers. I can help you decide on what to do, which product to choose, and a design element that will look impressive. For customers that know what they want, I can confirm the product you chose will work and install it so that the result matches what your expectations.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently hung a new fire-rated door for a garage. It took about 7 hours
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always get an on-site estimate. Estimates over the phone are never accurate.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What is their budget and what quality of a finished product are they looking for.
